We work in partnership with our clients and we handle the selection and recruitment of the CS, along with ongoing HR, Payroll and we also provide a desk in one of our offices for the Customer Support to work from. Our client manages their CS on a day to day basis as they would any other team member.

Our CS work UK hours and are in constant touch with their client by Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, Slack or whatever systems the client prefers.

Our clients pay a simple and inclusive monthly fee that covers all the employment costs, office costs and our fees – the total cost is up to 60% cheaper than employing an equivalent employee in the UK.

You will be dealing with a UK Company

As a Customre Support client you will be doing business with a UK registered company whose Shareholders and Directors and UK citizens.  You will be invoiced from the UK Company, and you will make payments into a UK Bank Account.

UK Working Hours

Most our Customre Support’s work UK hours so they are at their desks at the same time as you are.  There are options for shift working if you need 24 hours coverage or if you need a night shift for batch processing of work while you sleep.  We offer total flexibility.

 
Perfect English

English is one of the official languages in the Philippines and all our CS’s have excellent written and spoken English Language skills.  In addition, as part of our screening process every candidate undertakes an English test before we put them forward to you.

 
No Minimum Contract

With Customre Support there is no minimum contract term because we are confident you will want to stay with us for years to come. For the first 6 months of any new hire, we ask you give 1 weeks’ notice should you wish to terminate their employment.

 

Transparent Pricing

For each member of staff, you hire we agree an all-inclusive Monthly charge which includes staff salary and benefits and also a Desk Fee which covers all the services we provide. We will even give you a full breakdown of how the monthly fee is calculated.

We do everything for you, from the whole recruitment process right through to providing a Desk & Computer in one of our centres. We are the Employer of Record and handle all the Payroll and HR for your staff in the Philippines.
